At our reception we have a selection of adapters and chargers ready for you.

Activities

For information about activities in Arosa and the surrounding area, please contact the reception. We are happy to give you personal tips and information material.

Bed linen

We will be happy to provide you with additional pillows, sheets or duvets. Please contact the reception directly in this regard. We use mattress and pillow hygiene covers (encasings). The mattresses and pillows themselves are cleaned regularly. Special bed linen for allergy sufferers can be provided on request.

Breakfast

A nice day begins with a delicious breakfast – the regional breakfast buffet is lovingly prepared for you from 8am to 10am (other times on request) in the „Sunnastuba“ on the 1st floor.

Car keys

For security reasons (fire) and for the purpose of clearing snow, we ask all owners of vehicles that are parked in our outdoor parking spaces to deposit the car key at the reception. Thank you for your understanding.

Check-In and Check-Out

You can check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to spend the afternoon in beautiful Arosa, you can leave your luggage with us.

Children’s playroom

Our “little guests” can let off steam in the children’s playroom on the 1st floor. We ask the respective parents to take care of tidying up with their children.

Covered parking spaces

A limited number of covered parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. Price: CHF 15.00/day.

Fire protection

The whole house is equipped with a modern, full protection fire alarm system. Please refer to the escape route plan on your room door for escape routes and behavior in the event of a fire.

Front door

The main entrance door is locked from around 8 p.m. You can operate the „door opener“ from the outside – to the right of the front door – with your room key – so please always take your room key with you. The front door then closes again automatically.

Guest laundry

If you would like us to have your laundry cleaned, you can pick up a laundry bag at reception. We charge the costs for cleaning according to the effort required, the minimum amount being CHF 10.00.

Hygiene items

We also have a selection of hygiene items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, ladies‘ hygiene items, etc.) available at reception.

Medical Assistance

If you need medical assistance, we are happy to provide you with the required information. As a first point of contact, we recommend the Arosa Medical Center, which you can reach on +41 81 377 14 64.

Pharmacy

There is a pharmacy directly in front of the “Postplatz”. You can find information on opening times at https://www.pill.ch/standorte/pill-apotheke-drogeriemontana.html

Phone

A guest telephone is available free of charge if required. Available at the Reception.

Pets

Hotel-suitable pets (calm and clean) are welcome with us. We ask you for registration of your pet(s). The surcharge is CHF 10.00 / night. Dogs are not permitted to enter the Restaurant (“Sunnastuba”).

Relaxation

Enjoy a few relaxing hours in our cozy private sauna area on the ground floor. It consists of a sauna, steam bath, showers, cold water basin and a relaxation room with a tea station. Registration and more information available at the reception.

Reception

Our reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If it is not busy, please ring the bell on the left and we will be with you in a moment.

Room

Your room will be ready for you by 3 p.m. at the latest and will be available to you on the day of departure until 11.00 a.m.

Room Ventilation

We urge you to ventilate your room only briefly during the cold winter months and never leave a window or balcony door open when leaving the room (in summer due to the risk of thunderstorms). There is a great risk of frost in winter. In the event of damage, the person responsible is liable.

Room key

Since the room key is also a front door key, we ask that you carry it with – especially in the evenings.

Room Safe

There is a room safe in each room for storing valuables / cash, which can be operated as follows:

Use with code: 

– Close the door: type in the 4-digit number, then press LOCK

– Open the door: type in the same 4-digit number, press LOCK again

Use with credit card: 

– Close the door: swipe your personal credit card as shown, then press LOCK

– Open the door: swipe the same credit card, press LOCK again

Sewing and shoe cleaning utensils

If you need sewing or shoe cleaning utensils, please contact the reception.

Sledge Rental

Sledges can be rented at reception for CHF 10.00 per day.

Smoking

It is strictly forbidden to smoke anywhere in the house. However, there is the possibility to smoke on the balcony or in the small smoking lounge at the hotel entrance, both are equipped with ashtrays.

Towels

To protect the environment, we replace your towels upon your request. Please put your used towels on the floor or in the shower if you would like them to be changed.

Wireless Internet Access

WLAN is available in the whole house free of charge.
